Meadham Kirchhoff’s 2nd Collection Hits Topshop!

For over 20 years Topshop have supported up-and-coming design talent by collaborating with them to produce popular limited edition capsule collections that fly of the shelves.

After a sell-out success with their first collection, design duo Edward Meadham and Benjamin Kirchhoff have created their second collection with Topshop and it's in store now!

The new collection includes Tinsel Strip Skirts, Breton Stripes, Leopard Prints and Distressed Silk-Printed Tops and Dresses. I love the distressed prettiness of the floral silk pieces, they're dishevelled and worn in just the right way, not seeming too over the top. They can be worn in a soft girlie way with minimal accessories or edged up with chunky ankle boots and layers of jewellery.

I also love the Tinsel Skirts, they add a fun element to the collection and it seems like they've been a popular piece as they've already sold out!!...could have had something to do with the accessible £40 price tag!

The new Meadham Kirchhoff collection is available now at Topshop. If you want to snap up a piece of this stunning collection be quick as it's selling out fast.

Arm Candy

Bracelets are making a comeback this season in force with the trend of 'Stacking'. It's all about mixing and matching different styles and colours to create a wrist full of arm candy. I love these quirky woven cord and skull bracelets by Elkin. Available in a range of colours from dangerous darks to on trend summer brights, wear them as a single statement piece or stack them up for Rock n' Roll style wrists.

The Elkin bracelets range from £34 for a single skull bracelet to £99 for a set of 3.

The Big Fashion Wardrobe at Westfield London

Westfield London has brought every girl's fashion dreams to life with their walk-in wardrobe style fashion event The Big Fashion Wardrobe.

An area of the shopping centre has been transformed into a fashion hub, with wardrobe style stalls from French Connection, Reiss, River Island, Ted Baker and DKNY Jeans.

When I popped into the centre at lunchtime today the place was heaving and the crowds seemed to be loving this quirky fashion event. A highlight was the fashion show featuring the summers hottest trends from the Westfield stores.

The Big Fashion Wardrobe is on until tomorrow so get down to Westfield quick!

Get your legs ready for Spring

Photobucket

Whilst on the subject of baring your legs this Spring/Summer here are a few tips on how to get them ready for showing off ....

1. Exfoliating

Exfoliating your legs regularly will insure that they stay silky soft and smooth by getting rid of dead and dry skin. Use a body scrub every other day in the shower or bath for great results. I love the Creme Brulee Sugar Scrub by Laura Mercier. The creme brulee fragrance with hints of caramel, Cream and Vanilla leaves you smelling amazing and leaves your legs feeling great. Available at Space NK.

2. Shaving

Everyone knows shaving is a massive hassle, but I find it the easiest and quickest way to get smooth frizz free legs during skirts and shorts season and you can't go wrong with a good old Gillette Venus Shaver. Forget all these fancy vibrating, 10 blade, all singing and dancing shavers. As long as you have some good shaving foam a Venus is all you need! Venus shavers are available from Boots.

3. Moisturising

Smooth flawless skin needs plenty of moisturising and in the Spring/Summer our skin has to cope with dehydrating effects of sunshine and warmer temperatures. I'm currently loving the new Intensive 7 Day Moisturiser from Garnier, it leaves my skin feeling super soft, absorbs quickly and smells great and it's a bargain at only £2.99 for 250ml.

4. Fake Tan

If you're anything like me and have hidden your legs away for the last 7 months they're probably in need of a little fake bronzing. For a quick fake tan fix on my legs I love 'Airbrush legs' by Sally Hansen. It's literally a case of spray and go, great for ladies on the go!
